Bruno Caboclo Considers Leaving Europe to Return to Brazil Basketball

Bruno Caboclo, the Brazilian basketball player and former member of Hapoel Tel Aviv, is contemplating a return to his home country after completing a half-season stint in Dubai. Having finished his contract and becoming a free agent, Caboclo has held talks with both Hapoel Jerusalem and his former team Hapoel Tel Aviv. However, reports from Brazil indicate he is leaning towards moving back to South America to play alongside his friend Yago dos Santos, who recently signed with Flamengo.

Caboclo's agent prefers to keep him in Europe, but the player is interested in joining Flamengo under a contract similar to other star players on the team. This contract would include a release clause allowing him to return to a top European club after a certain period. In the previous season, Caboclo appeared in 11 EuroLeague games for Dubai, averaging 6.3 points and 3.1 rebounds. Over his six seasons in European basketball, his career highlight was winning the EuroCup with Hapoel Tel Aviv.
