Left-Wing Group 'Peace Now' Launches Anti-Netanyahu Campaign Outside White House During Trump Meeting

During the meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Washington, the far-left organization Peace Now operated a truck campaign opposing the Israeli government and settlement activity in the West Bank. The truck drove past the White House and along major streets in the U.S. capital, displaying slogans such as "America Cannot Trust Him," referring to Netanyahu, and "This Is Not Chaos, It's His Plan." The campaign was conducted in cooperation with Peace Now's U.S. affiliate, Friends of Peace Now.

Peace Now accused the Israeli government of supporting settler terrorism, stating that the violence is not due to chaos or loss of control but results from consistent government policies that provide backing, funding, and protection to illegal outposts, farms, and settler terrorist groups targeting Palestinians. The group claimed these actions aim to ignite the West Bank and turn it into another war front as part of a right-wing messianic annexation vision.
