Harmony Raises $34 Million to Expand AI Platform for Enterprise Internal Services
Harmony, an AI startup specializing in managing internal enterprise services, announced a $34 million seed funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners on Tuesday. Other participants included Hitachi Ventures, Fin Capital Mercer Ventures, Operator Partners, and private investors such as Asaf Rappaport, co-founder of Wiz, and Ofir Ehrlich, founder of Eon. Founded in 2025 by Nitzan Shapira and Ran Rabinzept, who previously sold their company Epsagon to Cisco for approximately $500 million, Harmony aims to simplify internal service delivery within complex enterprise environments.
The company developed an AI platform that offers employees a single access point to organizational systems, knowledge, and processes through natural language interfaces integrated with Slack and Microsoft Teams. This platform enables users to receive personalized support or perform tasks ranging from IT help and policy inquiries to equipment requests and HR, finance, procurement, and legal workflows without switching between multiple systems. Harmony provides over 100 pre-built AI agents that can be quickly deployed according to client needs.
Harmony's clients include n8n, eToro, Cyera, and KITH. The company reports that about 48% of support requests are resolved within two weeks of implementation, over 75% are handled without human intervention within three months, and some organizations have adoption rates exceeding 80% of their workforce. The platform is increasingly used across HR, procurement, office management, cybersecurity, DevOps, and finance departments. Harmony employs around 50 people, with 35 based in Israel and 15 in New York.
Co-founder Ran Rabinzept told Calcalist that after three and a half years at Cisco, they launched Harmony to build a billion-dollar company rather than pursue a quick exit. Currently, Harmony is in sales discussions with about 60 clients across the US, Europe, and Israel, including Coralogix and eToro. Rabinzept revealed plans for a future funding round exceeding $50 million, contingent on achieving significant sales milestones, specifically surpassing $10 million in revenue to establish a strong and stable business.
