Rabbi Yitzhak David Grossman Mourns Passing of Rabbi Menachem Avraham of Migdal HaEmek

Rabbi Yitzhak David Grossman, founder of the Kiruv movement and chief rabbi of Migdal HaEmek, expressed deep sorrow over the death of his close friend and colleague, Rabbi Menachem Avraham, the Sephardic chief rabbi of Migdal HaEmek's Haredi community.
