Odaya Pinto Launches Sharp Criticism at Fellow Couples on Power Couple Show
Odaya Pinto, a prominent contestant on the reality show "Power Couple," and her husband Elior (Rafi Daloia) are airing strong grievances against the other couples on the program. In a preview of Monday night's elimination episode on Channel 13, Pinto openly expressed feeling excluded and judged by the other participants. She said, "I felt they didn’t really bother to get to know me," adding that she was immediately stereotyped due to her political views and lack of English proficiency.
Pinto described the attitude of the other couples as somewhat condescending, noting they seemed to look down on her for not knowing certain stories, movies, or famous fathers. She emphasized that the tensions are not childish or about forming cliques, stating, "This is not kindergarten, it just happened this way." Pinto concluded with a firm declaration: "I am not anyone’s soldier here, and I am not threatened by anyone. The only thing that threatens me is the Holy One, blessed be He."
These remarks come amid escalating tensions on the show, particularly between Pinto and fellow contestant Shir Tern. Tern recently revealed in an interview that she attempted to reconcile with Pinto by inviting her for coffee, but the efforts did not progress. The upcoming elimination episode is expected to be one of the most dramatic of the season, forcing couples to confront their conflicts directly and openly.
