Pedestrian Dies After Being Struck by Forklift in Netanya

A man in his 60s from Netanya died on Tuesday after being hit by a manual forklift on Haim Weizmann Boulevard in Netanya. The pedestrian was rushed to the nearby Laniado Medical Center in serious condition, but his death was confirmed shortly after arrival. Emergency Medical Services (Magen David Adom) responders Yosef Buskila and Lior Danino reported that the victim was trapped under the heavy forklift. After removing the forklift, they provided medical treatment and transported him to the hospital. The man suffered injuries to both his upper and lower body before succumbing to his wounds. The incident caused unrest outside the hospital, as documented on social media.
