Israeli UN Ambassador Reveals Gulf States' Behind-the-Scenes Concerns Over Iran Conflict

Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations, Danny Danon, disclosed in a Channel 14 interview that representatives from Gulf countries are privately reaching out to Israel, seeking clarity on the future developments of the conflict with Iran. Danon explained that while these Gulf states once shared a unified stance with Israel, the regional dynamics have shifted, with some now directly under attack, whereas Israel remains outside the current hostilities.

Danon emphasized that the Iranian threat is recognized as a global danger, not limited to Israel alone, and noted that the United States is preparing for potential escalation. Although Israel has not yet been asked to participate in offensive operations, Danon affirmed that Israel remains vigilant and ready to act if necessary.

The ambassador also criticized certain European countries for hindering U.S. military operations by restricting refueling and airspace access, calling such actions hypocritical. He concluded by reaffirming Israel's commitment to support and collaborate closely with the United States, preparing for any scenario that may require Israel to take further action.
