Netanyahu Hints at Undisclosed Intelligence on Potential New Iran Conflict

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu avoided directly answering whether Israel faces another conflict with Iran, implying he would not reveal any such intelligence even if he possessed it. Speaking on Avi Shushan's podcast, Netanyahu said, "If I knew something, would I say it? No." He also dismissed suggestions that U.S. President Donald Trump had shifted his stance on Israel, affirming Trump’s unwavering support.

Netanyahu addressed the ongoing ballistic missile threats from Iran, stating that Israeli operations have prevented a far worse scenario. "If we had not acted, maybe you and I wouldn’t be sitting here today," he said, adding that the threat has been postponed for several good years. He credited two recent Israeli operations with destabilizing the Iranian regime and fueling protests within the country, noting that demonstrations have spread to markets and bazaars.

The prime minister described Iran’s current military and economic condition as severely weakened, citing damage to its air force, navy, missile production, launchers, and financial resources. When asked if fear remains the regime’s main tool to prevent widespread uprising, Netanyahu agreed but did not estimate when such a public movement might threaten the regime’s survival.
