A 27-year-old man was moderately injured in a shooting incident on Rashi Street in Elad on Sunday evening. He sustained gunshot wounds to his limbs and received initial medical treatment at the scene from United Hatzalah emergency responders, who applied a tourniquet and stopped the bleeding. The victim was then transported to the hospital for further care. United Hatzalah medics David Abuzmil, Shmulik Barber, and Ephraim Ziyat, who arrived first at the scene, reported providing critical first aid before evacuation.
