Police Arrest Five for Drugs and Violence Outside Netanya Stadium Before Hapoel Tel Aviv vs Beitar Jerusalem Match

On Saturday evening, police detained five suspects near the "Miriam" stadium in Netanya shortly before the Toto Cup quarterfinal match between Hapoel Tel Aviv and Beitar Jerusalem. Among those arrested were residents from central Israel and Jerusalem, including one minor and four adults. Two of the suspects were found in possession of a dangerous drug known as "Dosa." The other three were apprehended following their involvement in a violent incident near the stadium. All suspects were taken for questioning at the local police station. Police emphasized that operational preparations around the stadium will continue throughout the evening, stating they will act decisively and with zero tolerance toward any violence, drug offenses, or public disturbances to ensure fans can enjoy a safe sporting experience.
