Dori Sahar Signs with Hapoel Galil Elyon for 2026/2027 Season
Dori Sahar, the 25-year-old guard standing 1.95 meters tall, has officially signed with Hapoel Galil Elyon ahead of the 2026/2027 basketball season. Sahar joins the team after playing last season with Elitzur Netanya, where he averaged 4.7 points and 2.8 rebounds per game. Prior to that, he played for Maccabi Ramat Gan, Bnei Herzliya, and Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Sahar developed through the youth system of Maccabi Tel Aviv, making his Israeli Premier League debut with the club. During his time there, he won three Israeli championships and one Israeli State Cup. This move marks a new chapter in Sahar's professional basketball career as he prepares to contribute to Hapoel Galil Elyon's roster.
