Bereaved Father Eliav Libi Urges End to Oslo Accords at Right-Wing Conference
Eliav Libi, co-founder of the Farm Association and father of fallen soldier David Libi, received the 2026 Zionism Award at the Tekuma movement's Right-Wing Conference. The award was presented by Professor Talia Einhorn in recognition of Libi's significant contributions to expanding agricultural farms in Judea and Samaria. In his speech, Libi outlined a broad national vision based on years of practical work on the ground and called for a fundamental shift in Israel's approach to sovereignty over these territories.
Libi emphasized the importance of a strong right-wing government, citing biblical prophecy to illustrate the current growth of Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria. He shared data showing that the farm initiative now controls over one million dunams, an area five times larger than all existing settlements combined. This expansion occurs quietly through new grazing lands, roads, vineyards, and land preservation, gradually restoring the land to Jewish hands.
He stressed that the Zionism Award is not a personal honor but a tribute to the entire community of pioneers, farmers, volunteers, and thousands of donors who support the farm project. Libi concluded with a firm call to national leadership to abolish the Oslo Accords, which he described as a disgrace and a betrayal of the generation. He urged recognizing all open areas of Judea and Samaria as integral parts of Israel, strengthening settlement, agriculture, and Israeli control. "Wherever the plow passes, there the border will be," he declared, contrasting the destruction caused by Oslo with their mission to build and repair.
The event highlighted the ongoing efforts by right-wing activists to solidify Israeli sovereignty in the West Bank through agricultural and settlement expansion, framing it as a fulfillment of both national and biblical aspirations.
