Maccabi Tel Aviv Plans Key Signings to Strengthen Squad After Impressive Win

Following an impressive 3-1 victory over Hapoel Be'er Sheva at Turner Stadium, Maccabi Tel Aviv is preparing to reinforce its squad to compete for the championship. Despite the strong performance without new signings and with several absences, the club's management is targeting key positions for strengthening. The primary focus is on acquiring a striker, with advanced negotiations underway for Astr Sukler from Radnicki, potentially for one million euros. This striker is the top priority for sporting director Steve Vanharen.

In addition to the striker, Maccabi Tel Aviv aims to sign a foreign right winger, continuing talks with Amir Saheti and exploring other candidates for the position. The club also plans to bolster its defense by adding a left-footed center-back to partner with Mohammed Ali Kamara, with Antal Jakabosvili, the Jewish center-back from Girona, among the considered options.

If the team successfully strengthens these three positions and frees up an additional foreign player slot, they may pursue a foreign right-back and an attacking midfielder, depending on the departure of key players like Tyrese Asante and Roy Revivo, who are eager to move abroad. Meanwhile, efforts to sell Issouf Sisoko have not progressed, and negotiations continue with other clubs regarding Kerwin Andrade, including the possibility of a loan deal.
