Kan 11 Unveils Diverse Summer Lineup Following Record-Breaking 2026 World Cup

Following the conclusion of the 2026 World Cup, which set viewership records in Israel, the Kan public broadcasting corporation is launching its summer programming season on Kan 11 and Kan BOX. Starting this week, viewers can expect a variety of new drama series, entertainment shows, documentaries, and game shows for all ages.

The popular docu-reality cooking competition "Come Eat With Me" returns for its tenth and special season, premiering on Sunday, July 19 at 9:00 PM, coinciding with the World Cup final. For five weeks, amateur cooks will compete nightly after the news. The reality format "4 Weddings" also returns on August 23, featuring 12 brides from diverse Israeli communities competing for the "perfect wedding," airing daily after the evening news.

Other returning shows include "Evening with Shay Stern" on July 17 and the scripted TV adaptation of the viral social media sensation "HaPshuta," starring Tzvika Hadar and Galit Giat, premiering July 20 on Mondays after "Come Eat With Me." Journalist Anat Goren hosts the documentary series "Hot and Cold," addressing menopause taboos, airing Thursdays from July 30 after the evening news. The seven-part documentary "Black Gold: The Story of Israeli Hip Hop," featuring artists like Tuna, Ravid Plotnik, and Subliminal, debuts July 21.

New game shows include "HaKaveret," a family trivia and strategy show hosted by Shlomo Struzman, airing Sundays through Wednesdays at 7:00 PM starting July 26, and the intense duel quiz show "The Arena" with Reshef Levy returning for a new season. The fifth season of the documentary series "Enemies" will explore leaders such as Khamenei and Erdogan in the context of the October 7 events, beginning with an episode on Sheikh Moza from Qatar.

Additional premieres include the sports documentary "The Last Derby" starring Daniel Gad on July 16, the second season of the economic series "Under the Insoles" with Shaul Amsterdamski starting July 26, and the documentary "Money of Their Own" about Israel's powerful businesswomen launching August 20.
