Health Ministry Orders Immediate Closure of Popular Japan Japan Restaurant in Hadera

The Israeli Ministry of Health issued an immediate administrative closure order for the popular Japan Japan restaurant located at 11 Hillel Yaffe Street in Hadera. The order was signed by Dr. Marwa Matans, the district physician of Hadera, following an inspection that revealed severe operational and structural deficiencies alongside poor sanitary conditions. The ministry stated that these findings pose an immediate and serious risk to public health, with a real concern that continued operation could endanger diners' health.

Due to the severity and urgency of the situation, the closure order was enacted immediately, even before a hearing with the restaurant owners could take place, under the legal authority granted to the district physician. The Ministry of Health emphasized that the restaurant must correct all identified violations and meet the ministry's standards before it is permitted to reopen.
