British Handmade Morgan Supersport Sports Car Registered in Israel for 1.3 Million Shekels

A British handmade sports car from Morgan, one of the world's oldest car manufacturers founded in 1910, has recently been registered in Israel's Ministry of Transport vehicle database. The declared value of the Morgan Supersport is 1.3 million shekels. Morgan produces limited numbers of cars, approximately 600 annually as of 2025, with waiting lists often lasting several years. This is not the first Morgan in Israel; another model was imported years ago for 900,000 shekels, and vintage Morgans are also owned by collectors in the country.

The newly registered model is the Morgan Supersport, the brand's sportier version, equipped with a 3.0-liter engine producing 335 horsepower. Although the power output is moderate, the car weighs only 1,170 kilograms, similar to a fully loaded Kia Picanto. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and reaches a top speed of 267 km/h.

Alongside the exclusive Morgan, the Ministry of Transport's import records include more modest models such as the AION HYPER HT, priced around 280,000 shekels. This electric vehicle delivers 335 horsepower, is based on an 800V platform, and can recharge in about ten minutes at a suitable station, adding hundreds of kilometers of range quickly.

Another new model listed is the MG 4 Urban, with a declared price of approximately 142,000 shekels. Unlike the current MG 4 sold in Israel, this version is smaller, front-wheel drive, and designed for urban use. Its engine power starts at about 150 horsepower, with a driving range of up to 330 kilometers in the base version.
