Bnei Brak's 'Ish Matzliach' Talmud Torah Holds Emotional Chumash Ceremony with Community Leaders
This week, the 'Ish Matzliach' Talmud Torah in Bnei Brak hosted a grand and heartfelt Chumash ceremony for its first-grade students, attended by their parents and families. The event featured prominent figures including Yeshiva head Rabbi Tzvi Mazuz, Dayan and Torah Council member Rabbi Shalom Machpud, Rabbi Yitzchak Shushan of the 'Or Shlomo' community, spiritual director Rabbi Meir Chaim Mazuz, Talmud Torah director Rabbi Eliyahu Kablon, supervisor Rabbi Netanel Ankari, and other rabbis from the institutions. Deputy mayors Shlomo Elharar and Eliyahu Shushan also honored the occasion, highlighting their ongoing support for the Talmud Torah.
In his main address, Rabbi Tzvi Mazuz praised the administration and rabbis for their dedication to the children and recalled his late brother, Rabbi Meir Mazuz, who was deeply concerned with the students and regularly attended their events. Rabbi Shalom Machpud lauded the 'Kisei Rachamim' institutions, emphasizing the purity and traditional values reflected in their students. The ceremony concluded with Deputy Mayor Shlomo Elharar expressing admiration for the students' opportunity to learn in the institutions founded by Rabbi Meir Mazuz zt"l.
