Bryce Washington Signs With Maccabi Ramat Gan for Upcoming Season
Maccabi Ramat Gan has officially signed Bryce Washington for the upcoming basketball season, marking his return to Israel. Washington previously played in Israel during the 2024/2025 season with Elitzur Netanya, where he averaged 13.2 points and 8.4 rebounds over 32 minutes per game. He will reunite with teammate Roy Peretz, who also played with him at Netanya.
Last season, Washington competed in the Korean Basketball League, appearing in 58 games and averaging 6.6 points and 4.2 rebounds in 15.1 minutes per game. Ramat Gan’s coach, Elad Hassin, expressed satisfaction with the signing, emphasizing Washington’s versatility and familiarity with Israeli basketball. Hassin noted that Washington fits the team’s smart and aggressive playing style and that previous attempts to sign him had failed.
Hassin added that the club is working tirelessly to build an attractive team that will engage fans and provide entertaining basketball. Washington’s addition is the first foreign player signing for Maccabi Ramat Gan this summer as they prepare for the new season.
