Hapoel Jerusalem Launches New Subscription Model Offering Free Tickets for Children Under 10

Hapoel Jerusalem basketball club has introduced a new subscription model for the 2026/27 season, aiming to enhance fan experience and reward loyalty. The club opened season ticket sales on July 8, 2026, unveiling four tailored subscription tracks designed to meet different fan needs and histories with the club.

A key innovation is that children under 10 years old receive free season tickets under the family plan, encouraging younger generations to attend games and making it easier for families to come together. Long-term subscribers who have held season tickets for at least three consecutive years benefit from the most extensive perks, including a 15% discount off the list price, exclusive season-long benefits such as personal meetings with players, and a permanent discount at the club’s online merchandise store.

The four subscription categories include families, subscribers with three or more years of tenure, those with up to two years, and new subscribers. Fans with up to two years of subscription receive a 10% discount and perks like invitations to watch team practices, while new subscribers get a 5% discount until the season starts, including the Winner Cup games.

Club CEO Oren Arieli emphasized the club’s goal to "bring fans back to the arena" and place them at the center of the club’s strategy. He stated that the new model both rewards loyal fans and opens opportunities for children, families, and new subscribers, aiming to fill the arena once again. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to advance the club and deepen its connection with the community and supporters.
