Israeli Forces Arrest Palestinian Woman for Knife Throwing at Mishor Adumim Checkpoint

Security cameras at the Mishor Adumim checkpoint captured a 45-year-old Palestinian woman throwing a knife into nearby bushes during a security inspection. The incident occurred early Wednesday morning around 6:00 AM at the entrance to the Mishor Adumim industrial zone. Following a report of a knife found at the checkpoint, security forces reviewed footage that identified the suspect, a resident of Ein al-Sultan in the Jericho district.

Rapid response teams including Border Police fighters, officers from the Judea and Samaria district, and the security officer of Maale Adumim launched an immediate investigation and search operation. They quickly located and detained the suspect, who works at a business in the industrial area. She was taken for further questioning at the Maale Adumim police station.

The police emphasized their ongoing commitment to thwarting security threats, identifying suspects, and maintaining the safety of Israeli civilians in the region.
