Bride Launches Social Initiative to Support Brides Left Alone on Dance Floors

Reality TV alumna Hila Krugman shared her personal disappointment after experiencing an empty dance floor at her wedding, an event she had dreamed of celebrating joyfully. In a heartfelt social media post, Krugman described feeling embarrassed and hurt as she danced alone for about fifteen minutes before a small group joined her. Determined to transform her personal setback into a positive social movement, Krugman created a community called "Coming to Lift Up". This group consists of hundreds of women volunteering to dance at weddings of brides they do not know, providing support and joy as if they were close friends. She explained that the initiative aims to ensure no bride feels isolated on her special day, especially those lacking large families or close friend groups.

Krugman revealed that after her post went viral, she received hundreds of messages from women who either wanted to join the initiative or feared facing similar loneliness at their own weddings. The group quickly grew, with the goal of recruiting eight to ten women to attend and enliven each wedding dance floor. She encouraged brides worried about their wedding atmosphere to contact her privately for support.
