Hapoel Ramat Gan Signs Defender Omer Yitzhaki Ahead of 2026/27 Season

Hapoel Ramat Gan-Givatayim has announced the signing of 24-year-old defender Omer Yitzhaki as part of its squad building for the 2026/27 season. Yitzhaki, who grew up in Maccabi Tel Aviv's youth system and captained their youth team, gained experience on loan at Beitar Tel Aviv Bat Yam and Hapoel Kfar Saba before moving abroad to Georgia's top league club Dila Gori. There, he made 26 appearances and helped the team qualify for the UEFA Conference League qualifiers.

In January 2025, Yitzhaki returned to Israel to join Ironi Tiberias, where he played for the past season and a half in the Israeli Premier League. The coaching staff, led by Masai Dego, monitored Yitzhaki's progress and were impressed by his professional skills, international experience, and character, believing he will integrate well and contribute significantly to the team.
