Former Netanyahu Chief of Staff Yoav Horovitz Leads Gadi Eizenkot’s 100-Day Government Plan
Yoav Horovitz, former acting CEO of the Prime Minister’s Office and ex-chief of staff under Benjamin Netanyahu, has been appointed head of the 100-day team for Gadi Eizenkot. This team is tasked with developing a detailed work plan for the first three months of Eizenkot’s tenure as Prime Minister. The group includes notable figures such as Professor Manu Trachtenberg and former senior civil servant Teir Ifergan.
Horovitz, a former elite commando in the IDF’s Sayeret Matkal and a senior figure in the Israeli public sector, first connected with Eizenkot during the latter’s time as IDF Chief of Staff. Eizenkot praised Horovitz’s professionalism, statesmanship, and deep commitment to Israel, describing him as a top-tier public servant.
In a statement, Eizenkot emphasized the urgency and importance of preparing a comprehensive government work plan to ensure swift and effective implementation of critical decisions once the new government is formed.
