Updated data for April 2026 show the average salary at 14,374 shekels, up 522 shekels (3.8%) from April 2025. In April, the average high-tech employee salary was 34,870 shekels, an increase of 2,074 shekels or 6.3% from the previous year. The number of high-tech salaried positions in April totaled 398,600, up 0.7% from March and 0.9% compared to April 2025. High-tech jobs accounted for 9.8% of all salaried positions nationwide.
