Young Man Killed and Two Seriously Injured in Suspected Hit in Haifa
A 25-year-old man was shot and killed in Haifa on Thursday night in an incident suspected to be a targeted killing. The shooting occurred on Sderot HaHagana, where emergency medical teams arrived and declared the young man dead at the scene. Two other men, also around 25 years old, were critically wounded and unconscious when evacuated to Rambam Hospital.
Haifa police and the Carmel district unit have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the shooting. They have begun collecting evidence and conducting searches for suspects. Authorities currently believe the motive behind the attack is criminal in nature. The investigation is ongoing.
