Following a turbulent 2025/26 season marked by coaching changes, Miller, who was promoted from assistant to head coach, is focusing on instilling aggression and commitment in the team. During a recent training session, where he was miked up, Miller emphasized the importance of working hard on attacking patterns and maintaining a game-like pace. He told his players, "Start getting used to being ruthless in the penalty area. When we have chances, we put the ball in the net. Whoever doesn't score, starts running."

Last season began with Serbian coach Žarko Lazetić, who left amid controversies, succeeded by Roni Dolev, who also faced turmoil. Miller stepped in as interim coach and has now been confirmed for the upcoming season.
