IDF Kills Four Hamas Militants and Destroys Launchers in Northern Gaza Strip
Over the past week, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted airstrikes in the northern Gaza Strip, killing four militants affiliated with Hamas's military wing who were involved in planning terror attacks against IDF forces operating in the area. The militants eliminated include Wael Mahmoud Ali Labad and Maaz Muhammad Hassan Ahmad, both anti-tank operatives; Samah Abu Kamil, a platoon commander; and Akram Ashraf Hamad Labad, a sniper operative.
Additionally, on Monday, the IDF targeted and destroyed rocket launchers and rockets used by Hamas in attempts to advance terror activities against Israeli forces and civilians. The Southern Command forces remain deployed in the area in accordance with existing agreements and will continue to act to neutralize any immediate threats.
The IDF spokesperson released footage of the airstrike operations, emphasizing the ongoing efforts to maintain security and prevent attacks from the Gaza Strip.
