Cara Delevingne Confirms Romantic Relationship with Amber Heard Following Johnny Depp Divorce
Model and actress Cara Delevingne has publicly acknowledged that she and Amber Heard, the ex-wife of actor Johnny Depp, were in a romantic relationship. Delevingne, 33, revealed this during an interview on British journalist Louis Theroux's podcast, where she discussed the evolution of her friendship with Heard into a closer bond. The two first met in 2014 while filming "London Fields," a movie in which Depp also had a minor role.
Theroux asked Delevingne about rumors that Depp was jealous, suspecting they were involved. Delevingne responded that Depp "went crazy with jealousy" but clarified that nothing happened between her and Heard at that time. Their relationship began after Depp and Heard's 2016 divorce. Delevingne said, "We were close for a long time, and then during their divorce... yes, we were together, I suppose. But she was also with other people." When Theroux mentioned Elon Musk, Delevingne confirmed Heard was involved with him as well.
Depp, 63, and Heard, 40, married in 2015 but divorced a year later amid one of Hollywood's most contentious legal battles. Depp emerged with a favorable outcome, while Heard faced significant public backlash and career setbacks. She currently lives in Madrid with her three children.
In another part of the interview, Delevingne recounted a difficult conversation with disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, who warned her against being openly lesbian, claiming it would ruin her career. Delevingne reflected that she had known about her sexuality from a very young age, recalling feelings for a childhood friend at age 11.
This interview sheds light on Delevingne's personal life and the complex relationships surrounding one of Hollywood's most high-profile divorces.
