Hapoel Be'er Sheva Disappointed by Ventura and Kangwa's Late Arrival to Training Camp

Hapoel Be'er Sheva has expressed clear disappointment with their two foreign midfielders, Kings Kangwa and Lucas Ventura, due to their late arrival at the club's training camp ahead of the UEFA Champions League qualifiers scheduled for late July. Ventura joined the team only after they arrived in Poland, while Kangwa is expected to join the squad on Wednesday, a day after the camp began. The club expected all players to be present on time and travel together from Israel, especially given the tight preparation schedule, and they do not intend to overlook this delay.

In parallel, Hapoel Be'er Sheva is actively working to reduce the squad size. Alongside Ilon Almog, who did not attend the Poland camp and is expected to leave, goalkeeper Niv Eliasi, midfielder Yoav Koren, and possibly another player are set to go out on loan to free up roster space for new signings. Eliasi will be released once he secures a club abroad. Additionally, the club is confident that defender and captain Miguel Vitor will finalize his contract and join the training camp by the end of the week, reflecting progress in squad preparations for the upcoming season.
