Left-Back Li-On Mizrahi Joins Hapoel Jerusalem for Upcoming Season
Li-On Mizrahi, the 23-year-old left-back and son of legendary Beitar Jerusalem player Eitan Mizrahi, has officially signed with Hapoel Jerusalem for the upcoming season. Mizrahi, who grew up in Beitar Jerusalem's youth system, made his senior debut with Hapoel Tel Aviv before returning to Beitar in 2022. During his three years at Beitar, he made 59 league appearances and scored two goals. In September 2025, Mizrahi transferred to Maccabi Netanya on a two-year contract for 300,000 shekels but was released this summer. Now, he returns to Jerusalem, joining Hapoel under coach Lior Zada, with a contract for one season plus an option for an additional year.
