Bnei Sakhnin Appoints Shadi Zubaidat as Youth Director, Salah Hasarma Returns as Coach

Following Khaled Dooki's appointment as the new chairman of Bnei Sakhnin last week, the club is making significant changes to its youth department ahead of the upcoming season. Dooki expressed his intention to upgrade the youth system, and two key appointments have been made. Former player Shadi Zubaidat has been named the professional manager of the youth department, replacing Abbas Suan, who held the position last season. Zubaidat previously managed the club's football school.

Additionally, Salah Hasarma is returning to Bnei Sakhnin to coach the youth team. Hasarma, who was last an assistant to Slobodan Drapic at the club, aims to lead the youth squad back to the Premier League after they finished fourth in the northern division of the National Youth League last season. Meanwhile, the senior team is also undergoing changes, having signed Angolan midfielder Norberto Carlos. However, Alon Azugi, expected to be a key player, left unexpectedly and was acquired by Maccabi Netanya.

These moves reflect Bnei Sakhnin's broader strategy to strengthen both their youth and senior squads as they prepare for the new season.
