Ronen Elad Offers 178 Million Shekels to Acquire Wipes Maker Dinamic

Ronen Elad has submitted a 178 million shekel bid to purchase Dinamic, a wipes manufacturing company, competing against Neopharm owner David Forer who matched the same offer after initially proposing 165 million shekels. However, Forer also owns Baby Sitter wipes company, which may complicate approval from the Israeli Antitrust Authority. This concern has led court-appointed trustees Avichai Verdi and Alon Fredkin to consider Elad's offer preferable. Elad controls Synergy, an electrical cables company, and the publicly traded Aerodrom. Dinamic, owned by Yaron Necker, employs 145 workers and has faced financial difficulties after building a new factory in the Timorim industrial zone intended to consolidate its two existing plants. The company carries debts totaling 294 million shekels owed to Leumi Mercantile Bank and suppliers.
