Ronen Elad Holdings Acquires Israeli Wet Wipes Maker Dynamic for 178 Million Shekels

The court approved the sale of Dynamic Wet Wipes to Ronen Elad Holdings Ltd. for 178 million shekels on Thursday. The decision followed the recommendation of the court-appointed trustees, lawyers Avichai Verdi and Alon Fredkin, who reviewed several bids and favored Ronen Elad Holdings despite an identical competing offer. Attorney Udi Gindes represented Ronen Elad in the transaction.

Dynamic Wet Wipes is a leading Israeli manufacturer with decades of experience and a production facility in Ashdod. The company produces a wide range of wet wipe products for both domestic and international markets, including baby wipes, disinfectant and cleaning wipes, makeup removal and personal care wipes, surface cleaning wipes, and specialized wipes for industrial and institutional use. It also manufactures private label products for retail chains and exports to numerous countries.

Recently, Dynamic entered insolvency proceedings due to financial difficulties. This acquisition is expected to enable the company to continue its operations, preserve employee jobs, and establish a foundation for future growth. Ronen Elad Holdings, active in infrastructure, industry, and defense investments and controlling Synergy Group and the publicly traded Aerodrome Group, views this purchase as part of its broader expansion strategy.
