Inter Joins Napoli in Pursuit of Anan Khalaili
Italian transfer reports say Inter Milan has entered the race for Israeli winger Anan Khalaili, with leading market reporter Gianluca Di Marzio backing the claim. Di Marzio said Inter has become one of the club's main targets for the right wing, as the team remains very active in the transfer market.
He also noted that Napoli is working on signing Khalaili, but has not yet reached an agreement with Union Saint-Gilloise because of the player's asking price, which is reportedly set at 25 million euros.
Khalaili, who plays for Union Saint-Gilloise, made 52 appearances in all competitions last season. He scored six goals and added six assists. Although his team narrowly lost the Belgian league title race, it did win the Belgian Cup.
