Defense Minister Katz issues Persian warning to Iran
Defense Minister Israel Katz released a statement in Persian on Friday, sharply attacking Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Force commander Esmail Qaani after his recent threats against Israel.
Katz said Qaani had been “issuing threats against Israel lately” and mocked what he called the Iranian commander’s “ridiculous threat costume,” adding that a “collaborator image” would suit him better. He also declared, “Nothing will stop us.”
Katz escalated the warning by saying that if Iran attacks Israel, “it will be its biggest mistake so far.” He added, “Neither Hormoz nor firing at the population will help it here. Nothing will stop us.”
He concluded that “our forces are ready to complete the task,” signaling that Israel will continue acting against any threat from Iran and its proxies.
