Clalit Group has introduced Clalit NEXT, a new medical services network designed to bring advanced care directly to patients at home and in the community. The initiative combines professional medicine with digital technologies, with the stated goal of making care more accessible, continuous, and personalized for the general public.
The new service covers several major fields, including family medicine, pediatrics, ophthalmology, orthopedics, mental health, and remote urgent care. It also includes supporting services such as nursing hotlines, laboratory services, and home tests, alongside online medical consultations available for extended hours and, in some areas, on a 24/6 basis.
Clalit says the program reflects a global shift toward hybrid medicine, blending in-person visits with digital care tools. The organization says the approach is intended to reduce waiting times, improve service availability, and provide more accurate treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.
Rabbi Avraham Konski, head of Clalit’s ultra-Orthodox division, said: “The new service represents the future of medicine in Israel: accessible, smart and personalized medicine that reaches the patient anywhere and at any time. We put the patient at the center and connect professional medicine with advanced technology to improve the quality of life of the entire population.”
