Clalit has introduced Clalit NEXT, a new healthcare framework designed to expand access to advanced medical care from home and from the community. The initiative combines professional medicine with digital technology, with the stated goal of making care more available, continuous, and tailored to each patient.
The service covers a broad range of fields, including family medicine, pediatrics, ophthalmology, orthopedics, mental health, and remote urgent care. It also includes supporting services such as nurse hotlines, laboratory services, home testing, and online medical consultations available for extended hours, with some areas operating on a 24/6 basis.
Clalit says the program reflects a global shift toward hybrid medicine, which combines in-person treatment with digital services. The organization says the aim is to reduce waiting times, improve availability, and deliver more precise care that better fits patients' needs.
Rabbi Abraham Konsky, head of Clalit’s ultra-Orthodox division, said the service represents the future of medicine in Israel. “Accessible, smart and personalized medicine, which reaches the patient anywhere and at any time,” he said, adding that Clalit is placing the patient at the center while linking professional care with advanced technology to improve quality of life for the general public.
