Bnei Yehuda announced on Wednesday that it has signed striker Stav Nahmani for the upcoming season, with an option for another year. The club described the move as a significant addition for the Orange side.
Nahmani, 23, is regarded as one of Israeli football’s promising forwards. He came through Maccabi Haifa’s youth system and played for Israel at every youth national-team level.
His career has included spells with Hapoel Hadera, Hapoel Nof HaGalil, Beitar Jerusalem, and Scottish club St Mirren. Last season he played for M.S. Ashdod and Bnei Sakhnin.
After signing, Nahmani said, "I wanted to come here. I am very happy to be back playing under Eli Levi, a coach I greatly respect and love. I heard many good things about this special club, its fans and the connection here. I cannot wait to meet the supporters, score my first goal and shake the neighborhood."
