YAMAM fighters arrested two Abu Ghosh residents overnight at a hotel in Ramallah, suspecting them of a severe stabbing of a man from East Jerusalem. The attack took place at the beginning of the month during a fight linked to a dispute.
After the incident, the suspects fled to the West Bank. Police launched a joint manhunt involving the Harel and Binyamin stations. Their arrest was carried out as part of that operation.
The Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court extended their detention today. The investigation into the stabbing continues.
