The "Lichtach" gathering for the "Ash Tamid" program, run by the Seminar Association, was held at Amphi Max in Rishon LeZion and brought together about 5,000 seminary girls from across Israel to mark the completion of the Book of Numbers. The event, produced by Ultra Productions from the Gil Group, featured leading Torah figures, rabbis and seminary principals, letters of blessing from major ultra-Orthodox rabbinic leaders, a carefully staged program, and a moving ceremony of accepting the yoke of Heaven.
Just one day before the event was due to begin, everything was halted after the security escalation and restrictions on public gatherings issued by the Home Front Command led to its cancellation. For the girls, it was a major disappointment. For Ultra Productions, which had handled the planning and production from the start, it became an intense test.
Over about four months, the company had worked through every detail, from the concept and content to coordination with rabbis, performers and vendors, along with complex logistics for thousands of attendees. Within hours of the cancellation, staff had to call off dozens of suppliers, stop the transportation system and dismantle plans built over months.
When calm returned and normal activity resumed, the client asked Ultra Productions to try to rebuild the entire event in under 24 hours. That required renewed coordination with dozens of parties, timetable changes, problem-solving and a fresh logistical setup. Against the odds, the effort succeeded.
By the next day, the amphitheater was full again, with thousands of girls taking part in a powerful ceremony that included mass Psalms recitation, words of encouragement, blessings from leading rabbis and a rich program. For the producers, it was not only a professional success, but proof that professionalism, experience, dedication and faith can turn an apparently impossible challenge into a moving reality.
