Reality Star Ohad Buzaglo Explains Mental Health Hospitalization

Reality television personality Ohad Buzaglo, 44, recently explained his decision to voluntarily admit himself to the Abarbanel mental health center, from which he was released after several days. Buzaglo, known for the docu-reality series "The Buzaglos" and his participation in "Survivor" in 2021, had previously claimed a year ago to have experienced a "spiritual revelation" in which he discovered he was Moses in a past life and assumed the role of a modern prophet.

Speaking via Instagram on Tuesday, Buzaglo stated that his hospitalization was divinely ordained. "God wanted me to see those lost souls who couldn't withstand the pressures of this world and ended up at Abarbanel," he explained. "To see the bottom with my own eyes, to be there, to feel them."

Buzaglo asserted that his experience did not lead to madness but rather allowed him to share his "revelations" with others at the facility. "This proves to everyone that I am not crazy," he stated. "Everything that happened is real. Whoever was chosen was truly chosen. Moses, too, only at age 80, God told him 'go redeem the people of Israel.' I know tremendous secrets from heaven, and I will tell everything later."

Buzaglo gained prominence through the reality show about his family and later on "Survivor." He became a well-known figure on social media due to his extravagant lifestyle and relationships until his claimed spiritual revelation last year.
