The Beit Yehuda yeshiva in Kfar Maimon has announced that Rabbi Geuel Didi will become its new head and also lead the Beit Yehuda institutions. Didi previously served for years as head of the Darca ulpana in Netivot, and he will replace Rabbi Simcha Eckstein, who led the yeshiva in recent years.
In its statement, the yeshiva’s management welcomed Didi to the post and said, “We welcome Rabbi Geuel Didi on being elected as head of the yeshiva and head of the Beit Yehuda institutions.” It added, “We wish him great success, blessing, and continued growth and exaltation of Torah.”
The administration said it hopes Didi will continue guiding the yeshiva with commitment to Torah values, education, and public service, and will further develop the Beit Yehuda institutions in the coming years. At the same time, it issued a message of thanks to outgoing head Rabbi Simcha Eckstein.
The yeshiva said, “Beit Yehuda wishes to express its deep gratitude to Rabbi Eckstein for years of devoted leadership, education in proper conduct, and love of Torah. We wish him health, satisfaction, and continued blessed work for the benefit of the public and the individual.”
