With about 2.6 million students starting summer vacation, family spending on camps, attractions, water parks and children’s shows can quickly soar. A price check prepared for N12 found that many popular attractions for summer 2026 can cost tens of percent less through consumer clubs than at the gate, and in some cases save a family hundreds of shekels on a single outing.
The comparison showed gaps of 30% to 60% between official ticket-office prices and discounted offers from clubs such as Shelyach, Haver, Tov, Pais Plus and Beyachad Bishvilcha. For a family buying four tickets to the same venue, the savings can easily reach hundreds of shekels. The main advice is to plan ahead, buy through the clubs in advance, compare offers before paying, and avoid spontaneous purchases at the ticket booth.
Sigalit Cohen Baruch, CEO of the Shelyach club, said a family of five could spend tens of thousands of shekels during July and August, adding, “During this period it is especially important to compare prices.” Gil Bar Tal, chairman of the Histadrut Maof, said that amid the high cost of living, “saving tens of percent on attractions and water parks is not a luxury, but a real necessity for many families in Israel.”
The price list included, among others, Shefayim Water Park at 152 shekels at the gate versus 105 through several clubs, Yamit 2000 at 154 versus as low as 69, Kiftzuba at 104 versus 55, and Shvil HaTapuzim at 99 versus 55. Other examples were the Safari in Ramat Gan, Yu Splash Eilat, Hamei Gaash, Luna Park Tel Aviv, Superland, Maimadion, Roy Boy Park, Circus Huba Cuba, Hof Gai, Midbarium in Beersheba, Chai Kef and Luna Fun in Oshiland.
