Fire and Rescue teams from the Binyamin district were called out a short time ago to free a child trapped inside a concrete block on Rabbi Tarfon Street in Modi'in Illit.
When the crews arrived, they found the boy in distress and unable to get out after playing with friends. The firefighters carried out a rescue operation and worked to free his body so he could leave the block safely.
Incident commander Chief Inspector Yotam Sela said, "This is a child who got stuck inside the concrete block while playing. When we arrived, I calmed the child and explained the steps we would take to rescue him. Within a short time we managed to free the child from the concrete block, and the child was unharmed."
