Three years after breaking out on season 13 of "Big Brother" and with nearly 200,000 Instagram followers, reality TV personality Shneir Borgil says he has deliberately stepped away from the spotlight. In a post published on Wednesday, he answered followers who had been asking where he had disappeared to and why he was no longer appearing at launch events and industry parties.
Borgil said the change was not the result of any conflict or anger. "I chose to take a small step back," he wrote. "Not because something happened, and not because I was angry at anyone. I just felt I needed a moment for myself." He added that since "Alari" entered his life, he understood what really matters and decided to distance himself from the noise and focus on what makes him feel good.
He also revealed that he has started a new job as the marketing, setup and kashrut manager at Landwer’s Beersheba branch. Borgil described the work as ordinary, with shifts, managing employees, seeing customers, and hard labor, but said he is proud of it. "There is no job that is less good than another," he wrote. "Anyone who gets up in the morning and earns an honest living deserves appreciation."
