One reported incident involved two Israeli women on the island of Rhodes who were confronted by four intoxicated men. The men allegedly surrounded the sisters' rental car, shouting anti-Israel slogans and insults.

Similar events are being documented in several destinations popular with Israeli tourists. These incidents are often triggered by conversations in Hebrew, the display of Jewish symbols, or the presentation of an Israeli passport when seeking services. The report suggests that a significant number of these occurrences go unreported to authorities and thus do not appear in official statistics.
