Israeli Police Arrest Motorcyclist Filming Dangerous Stunts Near Patrol
Israeli police have arrested a suspect in the city of Lod after he filmed himself performing dangerous traffic violations on a motorcycle near a police patrol and subsequently posted the footage on social media. The arrest occurred this week during a joint operation involving the Border Police's tactical unit and traffic division investigators.
According to the police, the suspect recorded himself committing serious traffic offenses close to a police patrol before sharing the videos online. Forces located the suspect at his home in Lod, where he was apprehended. During the arrest, authorities seized clothing and gloves believed to have been used during the offenses.
The motorcycle used for the violations was also confiscated. During a search of the vehicle, approximately 20 grams of what is suspected to be cannabis were discovered. The suspect was taken into custody for further investigation and legal proceedings.
