Three Injured in Serious Road Accident Near Jerusalem
Three people were injured on Friday in a two-vehicle collision on Route 3755 near Mount Gilo, close to the Gush Etzion settlement in the West Bank. The settlement is administratively part of the Jerusalem area, according to Magen David Adom (MDA).
MDA reported that its teams received a call about the accident at 10:05 AM and arrived at the scene to provide medical treatment. Initial reports indicate a man in his 50s sustained serious injuries to his head and chest. He received on-site treatment before being rapidly transported to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital.
A 25-year-old man suffered moderate injuries to his lower extremities, and a third individual sustained minor injuries. All injured parties were evacuated to the hospital for further medical care.
Paramedic Shmuel Reinus of MDA described the scene as a "difficult accident between two vehicles." He detailed the treatment and evacuation process for the seriously injured man and the other two casualties, confirming they were all taken to the hospital.
