US Ambassador Warns Jewish Terrorists Harm Israel's Image

U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, reiterated his condemnation of Jewish perpetrators of hate crimes in the West Bank, labeling them "terrorists." In an interview with Kan Radio's "Ha'Boker Ha'Ze" program, Huckabee warned that their actions are causing significant damage to Israel's reputation in the United States.

He expressed regret over the situation, stating that Israel needs all the friends it can get and does not need additional enemies. Huckabee's remarks followed an incident where Israelis who set fire to a mosque in the village of Bazaria in Samaria spray-painted "Huckabee, greetings from the terrorists" on the walls. The ambassador stated he was not personally intimidated by the graffiti but emphasized the seriousness of the matter and the deep harm inflicted upon Israel's image, even among Republicans.

Huckabee voiced concern that these incidents could negatively influence young Americans' perceptions of Israel. He had previously referred to Jewish rioters who blockaded residents in Qusra as "Israeli terrorists" last month. Regarding the confrontation with Iran, Huckabee asserted that Iran is in a remarkably weakened military and economic state due to President Donald Trump's actions. He dismissed claims that Trump is neglecting the nuclear issue to focus solely on the Strait of Hormuz, stressing that the President has never indicated he would ignore Iran's 47.5-year threat to bring death to America, as this is not something the United States can overlook.
