TV Personality Moshe Cohen Eliya Enters Politics, Negotiates Party Merger

Moshe Cohen Eliya, a well-known legal scholar and public figure from Channel 14's "The Patriots" program, is making a significant move into politics. He is currently engaged in advanced negotiations to unite several political groups and individuals for an upcoming election.

Cohen Eliya is reportedly seeking to forge a technical union and a joint run with former Knesset member Gadi Yevarkan and Professor Yaron Zelekha. The planned coalition aims to bring together various political entities, including the "Beit Yisrael" party, the "Tzomet" party, and activists associated with the "Masad Ha'aretz" movement.

The central platform of this new political initiative focuses on deep structural reform of the judicial system and dismantling the power centers of the "deep state." Cohen Eliya and his partners are setting a non-negotiable condition for future government or coalition participation: official commitment and government support for establishing a constitutional court in Israel.

If these negotiations culminate in final agreements and a joint electoral bid, a new right-wing, social bloc is expected to emerge on the political map. This bloc would prioritize the fight against unelected institutions and judicial reform as its core agenda.
